In order to better serve you and maintain the quality of our service, I've made the decision to adjust our return policy. While I've endeavored to match the offerings of larger retailers, I find it necessary to discontinue money-back returns at this time.
Due to our careful budgeting and real-time purchasing, the volume of returns has placed significant strain on our ability to efficiently manage inventory and meet demand. Regrettably, this adjustment is essential to ensure the sustainability of our operations and maintain the high standards we aim to provide for our valued customers.
Please know that this decision was made with the utmost consideration for your satisfaction and the continued success of our business. Returns
Changed your mind? Not to worry. You can return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice. Or you can email us and we will send you a prepaid label that will be deducted from your return total. We recommend shipping via a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost packages. Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. The return must be accompanied by an original or gift receipt and the customer can choose to receive a store credit or an exchange. Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed or the tag removed. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason unless damaged upon receipt.
- To process a return, please email ivyandlavyboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
- Please provide as much information as possible.
- Repackage your item(s) with the invoice and send it to the return address included in the emailed reply.
Return Info
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within 3 business days of the package’s original delivery.
Prior to returning your items, please take a moment to review our policies.
- Discounted and sale items are FINAL sale. Intimates (bras, bodysuits, tights), hair accessories, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are also FINAL sale
- We have the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to the fabric, and if it is outside the 30-day mark. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and donated to a local women's shelter or returned at buyers' expense.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of ordering.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
Return Processing
Once we have received and accepted your package, your store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Original Shipping Charges and/or Return Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for same item or item of like price. Due to limited quantity and quickly moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives at our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the item and send the original item back for a refund.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless mistake on our part.
Discounts
Discounts do not apply to past orders or online gift cards.
