Our Ivy & Lavy Boutique Chapter is closing at the end of Feburary. I am so appreciative of all your support over these past two years. But I have decided to go a different direction in life that better supports my health & family life. Orders will continue to ship normally. Returns will continue to be honored on all orders placed before December 7th (Store credit only). If you place an order after December 8th you are eligible for an exchange only through the 15th. ALL Returns & Exchange will no longer be offered after December 24th 2024. If an item is damaged, out of stock, or the incorrect piece sent. A money back return of course will be honored.

In Regards to Shipping

Orders will continue to ship normally through this holiday season.

If you are ordering as a present, please order before Dec 12th. Order will not be guareented to arrive in time after that. If you suspect your order is delayed please call USPS/UPS will questions. I am happy to escalate it after then if missing. I am just one person and am not responsible for shipping delays beyond my control. I will always do my best to take care of you after orders are place.
